Pioneer in impact investment, have closed transactions of over $1 bn in the renewable energy sector, with several first(s) in the sector to her credit, such as Country’s First Renewable Energy Mergers & Acquisitions, which marked Fortum’s entry into India, Country’s First Renewable Energy Bond Placement (Green Bonds) in the year 2015, Country’s Largest Mergers and Acquisition transaction in 2017, which established Macquarie Capital’s renewable energy platform in India. From these experiences, she is now taking on the challenge of introducing new and innovative renewable energy technologies in India.
Dr. Gaurav Bhatiani, an IIT Roorkee alumnus, is a distinguished senior leader with 30 years of experience across energy and infrastructure sectors in South Asia. He specializes in strategic transformation, clean energy transitions, policy, regulation, climate change, sustainable investment and infrastructure financing. A Ph.D. in energy economics, he teaches at top business schools having authored over 100 impactful publications, reports, and books. His leadership spans large, interdisciplinary teams and influential advisory roles across global platforms and academic institutions.
With over 12 years of expertise in delivering high-impact solutions for industries such as E-Commerce, Healthcare, and Banking, Neelam has honed her skills in automation, performance testing, strategic problem-solving, and seamless collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams. Now, as part of Dazbog Power, she applies her advanced analytical capabilities, technical expertise and strategic foresight for fostering global partnerships and advancing groundbreaking solutions, she actively supports Dazbog Power’s mission of enabling sustainable energy transformation worldwide.

Vivekanand, a renewable energy specialist, brings over 18 years of experience in consulting, project management, and engineering design across the renewable energy, power, green hydrogen and EV sectors. He has successfully led the commissioning of India's first high-altitude commercial Solar with Battery Energy Stogare System (BESS) project, showcasing his expertise in integrated energy solutions. With a passion for driving innovation and sustainability, he is committed to shaping the future of energy through cutting-edge technology, optimized system design, and strategic implementation.
A seasoned professional in the Green Hydrogen sector, Rahul brings over 8 years of experience in project execution, bidding, and strategic development. He played a pivotal role in commissioning India’s first Green Hydrogen Micro-Grid for THDC, demonstrating his expertise in hydrogen technology integration and renewable energy systems. Beyond his deep industry knowledge, he has extensive bidding expertise, having successfully managed and submitted over 280 tenders, ensuring strategic, competitive, and financially optimized proposals for large-scale energy projects.
Anand Prakash is a seasoned Solar Design Engineer with expertise in creating precise, code-compliant solar PV system designs. With extensive experience in U.S. permitting processes, he specializes in electrical layouts, regulatory compliance, and battery system integration. At Dazbog Power, he ensures seamless design and execution of solar projects by optimizing system performance, streamlining interconnection approvals, and leveraging advanced design tools. His deep technical knowledge accelerates project approvals, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and sustainability in solar energy adoption.
Sourav Prakash is a seasoned professional with expertise in industrial production, engineering design, and business development.
